TSIA Vegas 2026 is Technology & Services World, the conference run by the Technology and Services Industry Association. It takes place October 19–21, 2026, at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
The event brings together technology and services leaders across professional services, customer success, support, field services, operations, finance and go-to-market teams, with this year's agenda centered on the AI customer lifecycle.
If you're sending a team, October 12 is the date worth putting on the calendar. Groups of five or more qualify for discounted registration, with the discount increasing as the group gets larger.

TSIA stands for the Technology and Services Industry Association, a research and advisory organization focused on technology and services businesses.
It publishes research, benchmarks and frameworks across areas including professional services, customer success, support services, managed services, field services and revenue growth.
It's worth being precise because "TSIA" can also refer to completely unrelated things:
If you're looking for the technology services conference in Las Vegas, the first one is the TSIA you want.
Technology & Services World is the current name for TSIA's flagship fall conference. Older pages, posts and event materials may still refer to it as TSIA World ENVISION, which is why you'll see both names in search.
For 2026, the confirmed event is Technology & Services World, taking place October 19–21 at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
So if you were searching for "TSIA World ENVISION 2026" or "TSIA Vegas 2026," you're looking for the same fall TSIA conference.
The 2026 agenda is organized around one central theme: the AI customer lifecycle.
Rather than treating AI as a standalone technology topic, the program looks at how AI changes the way technology companies design services, price and monetize them, and operate customer-facing functions.
That makes the agenda particularly relevant for teams working through questions such as:
Those questions run across all three tracks.
This track focuses on operating models, organizational design, Forward Deployed Engineers and how services portfolios change as AI becomes part of delivery.
It's particularly relevant for professional services, implementation and operations leaders deciding how work should get done as AI handles a larger share of execution.
Rocketlane's session, Preparing your services org for the Outcome era, is part of this track.

This track focuses on the commercial side of the AI shift: packaging, pricing, margins, value metrics and moving beyond purely labor-based services models.
For leaders responsible for a services P&L, pricing strategy or commercial models, this is where many of the most immediate business questions sit.
The third track looks at running AI across support, professional services, customer success, education and field services.
The focus is not simply automating customer interactions. It's also about agent orchestration, human-AI collaboration and deciding where human judgment continues to matter.
Together, the three tracks cover how organizations design the model, monetize it and operate it across the customer lifecycle.
If you're attending with more than one person, splitting across tracks may be more useful than having the entire team follow the same agenda.
The 2026 keynote lineup also includes TSIA leaders J.B. Wood, Thomas Lah and George Humphrey, alongside speakers including Sanjay Kulkarni of SAP and Bernard Slowey of Salesforce.
The standard full-access pass for Technology & Services World 2026 is $3,150, while the limited-access pass is $2,100.
TSIA currently offers tiered group pricing:
The entire group needs to be registered by October 12, 2026 to qualify.
If your company is already a TSIA member, check your membership benefits before purchasing as member pricing and conference vouchers may also apply.
The biggest difference between the two passes is Monday.
Full-access attendees get:
Limited-access attendees get:
So the limited pass is not restricted to one track. The decision largely comes down to whether Monday's full-day programming and workshops are worth the additional cost for your team.
Technology & Services World is being held at ARIA Resort & Casino.
For reservations made after September 16, TSIA says attendees can receive 10–20% off ARIA's prevailing room rate, subject to availability, along with a discounted $39-per-night resort fee.
When putting together an internal budget, the simplest calculation is:
Registration + hotel + flights + ground transportation = estimated cost per attendee
Then apply the group registration discount if five or more people from your company are attending.
Technology & Services World is particularly relevant if you're responsible for questions that sit at the intersection of services, AI and business outcomes.
You'll likely find the agenda useful if:
The event is more strategy and operating-model oriented than hands-on product training.
Ultimately, the best way to evaluate the agenda is to look at the problems your team is actively trying to solve and see how closely they map to the three tracks.
Rocketlane is a Diamond sponsor at Technology & Services World 2026 and will host a session called Preparing your services org for the Outcome era.
Srikrishnan Ganesan, co-founder and CEO of Rocketlane, will be joined by Gwen Thorn, VP of Customer Success at Moveworks.

As enterprise AI matures, customers are increasingly looking for measurable business outcomes, not just completed projects or hours delivered. For services organizations, that means rethinking where AI fits into delivery, how teams are structured, and how success is defined and measured.
1. Where to invest in AI for real P&L impact
Not every AI investment creates the same business impact. Sri and Gwen will break AI adoption into three levels: automating operations, running delivery, and executing the billable work itself, then explore how services leaders can think about where to invest.
2. How to build a Forward Deployed Engineering team
FDE teams are becoming an important part of AI delivery, but there's no single way to structure them. The session will cover four models for building an FDE motion and the considerations involved in choosing the right model for your organization.
3. How to define and measure outcomes
Outcome-based delivery only works when success can be clearly defined and measured. The session will look at what services teams need to establish before they can confidently move toward outcome-driven delivery and commercial models.
This session is for professional services, delivery and implementation leaders thinking about:

After day two of the conference, Rocketlane is hosting the 19th Hole at Topgolf Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 20, from 6:30–10:00 PM.
It's an evening of food, drinks and golf with professional services and customer success leaders away from the conference floor.
A few things to know:
One scheduling note: the 19th Hole runs until 10:00 PM Tuesday, while Rocketlane's conference session is currently scheduled for 9:00 AM Wednesday.
So if you're planning to attend both, keep the Wednesday morning start in mind.
If you're at Technology & Services World, you can also find Rocketlane at Booth 209 throughout the expo.
Alongside product conversations and demos, we'll have interactive booth experiences running across the event.
If you're thinking about professional services delivery, implementations, data migrations, or how AI changes the services operating model, stop by and talk to the team, and see Nitro agents like the Migration Agent and Workforce Agent execute delivery work live.

Here's a simple way to think about the event schedule based on the information TSIA has published so far.
The easiest way to build your own schedule is to identify the sessions you don't want to miss first, block those on your calendar, and then schedule meetings around them.
If you're attending with colleagues, divide the tracks between the team rather than trying to cover every session individually.
TSIA has historically run other conferences in addition to its fall event, including TSIA World INTERACT.
For example, TSIA World INTERACT 2025 took place in Orlando from April 29 to May 1.
However, TSIA's current 2026 event calendar lists the TSIA Board Summit in San Diego and Technology & Services World in Las Vegas, and does not currently list a 2026 INTERACT event.
So if you're planning specifically for 2026, use TSIA's current event calendar rather than assuming the previous Orlando schedule is continuing.
For October 2026, the confirmed open conference is Technology & Services World at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
If you're heading to Las Vegas and working through how AI changes service delivery, pricing or customer outcomes, we'd love to see you there.

“Speeds up CSV importing and saves me from having to get customers to use a template file or create mapped data exports. Quick to integrate and flexible outside the happy path. We found defining workbooks and templates confusing; at a prior job it was configured through code, which I preferred.”

Enterprise implementations fail because customers don’t follow the process or provide clean data on time. Most delays are purely “customer-side” issues.
Implementations fail because complex environments need real-time technical problem-solving. FDEs unblock workflows, integrations, and unknown constraints that traditional onboarding teams can’t resolve on their own.

Companies that embed engineers directly with customers see significantly higher enterprise retention compared to traditional post-sales models — because embedded engineers uncover “unknowns” that never surface in ticket queues.
